Sign in to your PolyBuzz account
Use Log In to open the account you want to keep using. When you return on another device, choose the same sign-in method rather than starting a second account by mistake.

Choose the account you used before
Choose Google, Apple, or the email option shown in Log In. Use the provider and account you used for your earlier conversations. For example, returning through Apple instead of the Google account you used previously can open a different account.
If your conversation list or purchased benefits look empty, compare the account reference and sign-in method on both devices. A matching display name alone does not identify the account. Keep the working session open while you check.
Browsing without signing in
Some public character information is visible before sign-in. Account-dependent features can ask you to log in, and access requirements can differ between actions.
Sign in before relying on an account to preserve access across devices. A browser-only draft or saved item is not a replacement for your service account.
Keep account access to yourself
Do not share a password, login code, or account session with another person. If access behaves unexpectedly, contact us with the account information needed to identify the problem, but never send your password.
