Use accurate age information
Age requirements apply to guests as well as registered accounts. Our terms state that users under 18 are not permitted to use the service.
Regional checks can add a verification step. Use the process presented by the service and do not send identification in public character comments or community messages.
AI characters are fictional
A character's replies are generated, even when the profile uses a familiar name or realistic portrait. Do not treat the character as the real person or rely on its role as proof of professional expertise.
You can leave a conversation that you do not want to continue. Report content that appears to violate the community requirements with the character link and relevant details.
Protect access to the account
Keep login codes and passwords private. Use identifiable download channels and review purchase confirmations before paying. If someone asks for account access in exchange for coins or subscription benefits, do not give them your credentials.
