Begin a manga-inspired character scene
Our manga-inspired collection is a place for creator-written character interpretations. A profile may begin near a familiar story or introduce an alternate world, relationship, or point in time.

Check which version you are choosing
The same name may appear in different adaptations and community scenarios. Read the introduction for the relationship and the event that starts the chat. If the timeline matters to you, state the point in the story you want to use.
A portrait alone does not establish which events have already happened. Briefly identify any important ability, allegiance, or secret that should remain unchanged in your version.
Write an opening with room for a response
You could arrive with an unfamiliar message, ask for help after a training exercise, or question a decision the character has just made. Describe your own action and let the other character decide how to respond.
When the story grows, recap the immediate goal and what each person knows. Use a separate persona for your role so your background does not become confused with the character's instructions.
