Choose a character before choosing an upgrade
Browse the library, read a character's introduction, and see whether the setting interests you. Creating a character is also available without purchasing a membership.
If an action shows a coin cost, a model restriction, or a subscription prompt, read that prompt before proceeding. The available model and action determine what access is needed.
When a chat asks for another step
A sign-in request is different from a payment request. Sign in when you want to use the same account across sessions. A model or feature prompt should identify the additional access it requires.
If a limit or access message appears, note the selected model and the wording of the message. That is more useful for support than assuming every character or every mode uses one fixed limit.
A message asking you to take a break is not the same as a coin-purchase confirmation. Follow any wait time or next step actually displayed. If no next step is clear, send us the exact message rather than deleting your account or buying a pack to test whether it will disappear.
Check the purchase screen
Before subscribing, review the billing period, renewal amount, and included features. Coin packs and memberships are separate purchases. Current prices appear in the checkout available to your account and region.

No. We support free character creation. Some optional tools or models can have their own access requirements.
Does a free account include every model?
No. Access to models and paid actions varies. Check the model selector or the action's purchase prompt.
