These terms apply to PolyBuzz at polybuzzai.app, operated by Singularity Mutual Entertainment Culture Media Limited in Hong Kong. Read them together with our Privacy Policy before using the service. Updated October 22, 2026.

Age and permitted access
You must be at least 18 to use the service, including as a guest. Supply accurate information when an age or account check is required. Do not use another person's identity or attempt to bypass an access restriction.
Use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with the content requirements presented to you. Access to a feature does not give permission to upload prohibited material or infringe another person's rights.
Account responsibility
Keep passwords, one-time codes, and account sessions private. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account and for keeping registration information accurate. Contact care@polybuzzai.app if you believe someone else has gained access.
A browser-local draft or saved profile is not the same as an account record. Changing browsers or removing site data can remove local information. Confirm the account you are using before relying on saved conversations or purchased benefits.
Characters and submitted material
Only submit text and images you are entitled to use. Do not publish private information about another person, misrepresent an identity, or upload material that violates applicable law or our community requirements. Public characters may be reviewed, restricted, or removed when a problem is identified.
AI character responses are fictional generated content. They are not messages from the real person a profile may depict and should not be relied on as professional advice or proof of real-world events. Review an output before using or sharing it.
Features, prices, and renewal
Memberships, model access, coin packs, and other optional purchases can have different conditions. The offer and checkout shown for a purchase identify its price, currency, billing period, included benefits, and any recurring charge. Review those details before confirming.
Manage renewal through the provider that bills you. Uninstalling an app does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancellation and a refund request are separate procedures; refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the relevant payment terms. Keep the receipt and confirmation needed to identify the transaction.
Service changes and account closure
Features and access conditions may change as the service is maintained. If an action cannot be completed, keep the exact message and contact support rather than repeatedly submitting a purchase or upload.
Account deletion is requested through Setting, Account, Delete. Read the confirmation carefully: closing an account can permanently remove access and does not automatically cancel billing through a separate provider. Resolve active purchases or account issues before completing the process.
Questions, rights, and updates
Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a concern involves an account, payment, or submitted character, email care@polybuzzai.app with a concise description and the relevant reference. Do not include a password or full payment-card number.
We may revise these terms and will identify the revision with an updated date. Review changes before continuing to use the affected service. The Privacy Policy provides the accompanying information about handling personal data.
