Our Opals destination is connected to Sovereign features. The interface may also show the balance with Sovereign Diamonds wording. Use the balance and cost shown in the current mode.

Check the active mode
Sovereign is presented with memory, character continuity, and storytelling features. Before opening a conversation, check whether the mode is active and what access the account has.
A mode-specific balance is not the same as a membership label or a general coin balance. Compare the label in the confirmation with the balance you expect to use.
Review any cost before confirming
Open the Opals destination while signed in to check the information available to your account. Read the amount and the action attached to a purchase before completing it.
If an offer includes a one-time allowance, use the terms displayed with that offer. Do not assume an allowance mentioned elsewhere is available to every account.
When the balance looks wrong
Check that you are signed in to the account used for the purchase. Keep the receipt and record the time and the balance label shown. Send those details to us if the issue remains.
