If your character is marked as a violation
A violation label means a character has been flagged against our content requirements. Review the whole profile rather than changing only the name.
Contents
Check the image and the written fields
Review the avatar, introduction, greeting, background, and dialogue examples. A neutral introduction does not cancel out a problem in another field or in the uploaded image.
Keep the character's age, role, and scenario unambiguous. Remove material that conflicts with the community rules before submitting the character again.
Check visibility after making changes
A flagged character may become visible only to you, and its avatar may return to a default image. That is different from choosing a private character during creation.
After making appropriate edits, follow the review or submission option shown in the creator workflow. Do not repeatedly re-upload the same flagged material without correcting it.
If the result appears incorrect
Send us the character link or identifier, the moderation message, and a description of what you changed. Explain the specific field or image you believe is compliant.
Keep account details and private chat content out of public comments. Use the support channel for an account-specific review.
