The starting situation
You have heard Katsuki speaking about you in front of his friends, and now you must decide whether to confront him. Establish what your character actually overheard and what remains uncertain. That distinction gives him something to explain without making the whole argument depend on a detail invented halfway through. The scene can stay with the group or move to a conversation between the two of you.
An opening to try
I heard my name. If you meant what you said, tell me directly; if I missed part of the conversation, this is your chance to explain it.
Where to take the story
Let the friends have a role only when their reactions matter. Keep the focus on the words your character heard and the answer they need now. You can write a tense exchange without deciding Katsuki's apology, excuse, or reaction for him before he has replied.
