Check the listing rather than a search result
A search can return a similarly named app or omit a listing that is unavailable to your account. Follow the download option and review the app identity, developer, and compatibility information.
Keep the exact message if the store says the item is unavailable. A device-specific message does not, by itself, mean PolyBuzz has stopped operating.
If you already have the app
Check your existing account before uninstalling anything. Record the sign-in method you use and keep receipts for active subscriptions.
If you cannot reinstall or update, try the web version with the same account. That can help distinguish a store-installation issue from a service-access issue.
Keep the download source identifiable
A file offered by another website may not be the same app or version. We do not provide modified installations that turn paid features into free ones.
